ELEVATORS & BAIL LINKS - RECERTIFICATIONR.S. Machine & Manufacturing has the expertise and experience to assess and rebuild all elevators up to 350 Tons. We can also rebuild bail links up to 350 tons and 144 OAL.Our load test capability (up to 525 tons) along with our on-site independent inspectors and engineers provide procedures and certification for all work performed. |

MANUAL TONGS - RECERTIFICATIONR.S. Machine & Manufacturing repairs and rebuilds all Web Wilson & BJ design tongs. This includes Web Wilson C, B, AAX & Type H and BJ C, B, DB and SDD models. We have specially designed jigs for each of the above components to ensure correct milling, drilling and alignment of pin bores. Tongs are then assembled using R.S. Machine tong pins and new springs & dies. The tong load tester (capacity to 100,000 ft lb) is used to test all components, after which they are dismantled and inspected prior to certification. Tongs are then reassembled and painted in our on-site paint booth. |

KELLY DRIVE BUSHINGS AND TABLE BUSHINGSR.S. Machine & Manufacturing rebuilds RSM, Varco and Baash Ross Kelly drives and stocks parts for these models. Table bushings are built, machined and milled to spec. |
SLIPSRSM repairs & rebuilds Varco, Woolley and Baash Ross style rotary pipe, collar & casing slips and can competitively supply all of these models with replacements when required. |
